The University shall only refund the recruitment fee if:
1) the field of study has not been launched,
2) a double fee was paid for the same field of study,
3) the candidate has resigned from the recruitment process before undertaking an activity by URB.

The refund of the recruitment fee shall be made only at the written request of the candidate.
